It is the perfect time of year for pumpkin cookies! They are delicious, and oh so easy. Someone gave this recipe to me along time ago, so I'm just sharing the love. I have made pumpkin cookies from scratch before, and these are just as good if not better!
1 box spice cake mix
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 cup chocolate chip cookies
Mix these 3 ingredients, plop onto greased pan. Cook @ 350* for 20-25 min or until golden brown. These do not rise much, so make bigger 'plops' than usual. Makes about 2 dozen!
I think they look pretty when you sprinkle powdered sugar on them.Enjoy your pumpkin treat!
