Easy Enchiladas

What you need:

1 20 oz can of enchilada sauce(spicy or mild, you pick!)
1 10 oz can of green chile enchilada sauce
1 small can of sliced olives
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 can refried beans of choice
10 tortillas

First, brown ground beef and onions in pan. Add about 1/4 of the 20 oz enchilada sauce. Coat a casserole dish with cooking oil spray.

Place a tortilla in the dish to the side.

Spread a spoonful of refried beans down the middle. Add some of the beef and sauce mixture. Top with cheese and green sauce, like so. Then roll it up. Repeat with all 10 tortillas, or until meat mixture is gone.
Empty the rest of the enchilada sauce evenly over the rolled up tortillas.

Cover with more shredded cheese and top with olives.
Cover with tin foil. Bake for 30-35 min. in oven at 350*. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream! Enjoy!
