On the day of my birthday, we went to Oakland to get a tour of the Cathedral of Learning. Unfortunately, one of the Universities was doing a recruitment day, so it was closed. We walked to Big O for a hotdog and went home to watch a movie. I loved spending the whole day with just our little family. Since I am getting older, I can't really eat sweets anymore without it showing...so I opted out on a birthday treat, a choice that I did not regret. :)
These pictures are in front of the Cathedral of Learning. It was still fun to see the outside. Plus the grounds are gorgeous!
